Initiation and Pre-Move Planning - we work with you or your designated representative to review requirements and create easy to understand move project plan.

Move Execution 

The day prior (T minus 1) -  we contact you to confirm the move schedule and arrival time of the moving and packing crews. 

Day of the move (T) -  we check in to ensure quality and timing of move activies. 

Post-Move  - move coordinator will contact you to obtain a full, detailed assessment of your experience. All feedback collected is acted on, to including opening claims if necessary.
