Cancellation of Appointments
Value Cleaning Services understands that from time to time things come up and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment that you contact our office directly to do so. Notifying us 24 - 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning allows us to make every attempt to reschedule our staff on other assignments. If Value Cleaning Services receives less than 24 hours notice or if our Value Service provider is not able to gain access to your home you will be charged 50% of the scheduled cleaning time. All future scheduled cleaning will remain the same. We appreciate your understanding and help in minimizing unnecessary cost so we can keep our prices affordable for all.
Payments are due at the time service is provided in the form of cash or check. As you are not required to be present during cleaning, please leave payment on the kitchen counter. For reoccurring services, we can discuss direct bank transfer options.
***A $25 fee is charged for all returned checks**
Hours of Operation
Open for business Mon – Fri from 8 am - 4 pm. We offer cleaning services at a 20% additional cost on Saturdays and Sundays from 9am – 1pm. See our pricing links for an estimate.
We are closed on Federal Holidays.
Please discuss any exact time accommodation or additional cleaning requirements with your Value Cleaning Services Specialist at least 24 hours prior to scheduled cleaning.
If you need to reach us outside of business hours, emails will receive the quickest response. Phone messages will receive return call next business day. Please remember to leave a message in order for your call to be returned.
