Value Cleaning Services understands that every time we enter your home we are doing our best to earn your trust from a job well done.  We feel our service and performance will earn your business therefore we don’t believe a long term contract is necessary. Please review our Service Agreement and policies and feel free to ask any clarifying questions so we are clear on the expectation of service being requested and provided.  We pride ourselves in listening to our customer and working hard to satisfy their cleaning needs.

We understand that it is a privilege to be in your home/business. To ensure that you and your investment(s) will be protected, please know we carry general liability insurance. In the event that an object is damaged, please notify our Customer Service Center within 24 hours.

Unlike most other services, we want to take the mystery out of estimating the pricing of your job.  We understand that in this economy we are all conscious of our budgets and want to have the ability to plan and pay for only what we actually want. Our price estimates are available under Pricing for each of the respective cleaning services and can be customized to fit your cleaning needs.

Value Cleaning Services provides all the basic cleaning products and equipment to professionally clean your home. The products used are trusted brands that you can find in your neighborhood stores.  However, we support our customer's preferences to use effective specific brand products as long as they absorb the additional cost .  Please note that some green products take additional time to be effective so we will adjust pricing accordingly.  For sanitary purposes we will not re-use non-abrasive scrub sponges.

Value Cleaning Services understands that from time to time things come up and you may need to change or cancel your appointment. We ask that if you need to change or cancel your appointment that you contact our office directly to do so.  Notifying us 24 - 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning allows us to make every attempt to reschedule our staff on other assignments. If Value Cleaning Services receives less than 24 hours notice or if our Value Service provider is not able to gain access to your home you will be charged 50% of the scheduled cleaning time.  All future scheduled cleaning will remain the same. We appreciate your understanding and help in minimizing unnecessary cost so we can keep our prices affordable for all.

To make our house cleaning services more efficient, Value Cleaning Services ask that you pick up clothing, toys, knick-knacks  and other household items prior to the visit from our value service specialist.  Our specialists are not allowed to move large items in your home so if you have a specific area that you would like serviced, please make it accessible prior to their visit.

If you have pets, we ask that you put them in an area where they feel safe and secure so they are not impacted by stranger(s) in their home.  As they start to gain familiarity from our visits, I am sure we will become great friends and we would love their company as we go about cleaning the home.   For sanitary and safety reasons our value specialists are not permitted to clean or pick up animal excrement.  If you require specialized service in this area, please contact the office manager for referrals.

Value Cleaning Services work very hard and absorbs all the financial cost to train and prepare each and every one of our Value Specialist.  We view it as a complement that you would want to hire any of our employees.  If you would like to recruit or hire one of our Value Specialist to provide your independent cleaning service, please contact our office.  Our office manager will make arrangements to collect a referral payment of $2,500.
